The Matlock is situated in a lovely community. There are shops, banks, hairdressers, takeaways, pubs, supermarket within walking distance (four-minute walk). If you want to drive for about three or four minutes you can get to the retail park, which has, Frankie and Bennys, MacDonalds, Greggs, Costa Coffee, Marks and Spencer, Morrisons, Boots, Next, TK Max, BM Bargains, B & Q. Trent Bridge is also very close.
